Job Requirements
- Ability to work in early morning rotation
- At least six months experience in face-to-face guest service preferred
- Data entry or computer experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions
- Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass pre-employment criminal background screening
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing process
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they approach the desk
- Assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines and verify flight itinerary
- Input guest information for non-enrolled guests
- Process luggage check-in including charging credit cards as per airline policies
- Weigh guests' luggage and manage charges for overweight bags
- Tag luggage with appropriate destination tags
- Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts to guests
- Secure luggage immediately upon completion of check-in process
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with guests
- Uphold a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
- Organize and stock the concierge desk
- Manage guest payments
- Answer telephone inquiries and guest questions
- Perform basic additions for transaction management
