Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty industry experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in stock management and visual merchandising
- Capability to analyze sales data and create reports
- Flexible availability to accommodate business needs including VIP visits
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 plus years of related field experience preferred
- English language skills a plus for communication with Miami teams and during VIP store visits
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and prioritization skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Proactivity and growth mindset
- Experience in retail sales leadership or airport retail preferred
Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and counter goals
- Track and monitor monthly sales results by Terminal versus Target and previous year’s sales
- Manage total stock levels, fixture fill, and visual merchandising standards with support from Sales and Education Executive
- Execute brand guidelines including visual merchandising elements, planograms, testers, and visuals
- Organize and conduct monthly sales meetings to review results, motivate team, and provide feedback
- Manage implementation of incentives, spiffs, and promotional activities at the counter
- Collaborate on marketing calendars and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, coaching, and evaluation of promotional business activities
