Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current authorization to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Own smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ operating system
- Willingness to download required apps with partial monthly reimbursement
- Must wear company uniform and grooming standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk long periods
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- High proficiency in smartphone and computer applications
- Ability to read and interpret operating manuals
- Efficient use of reservation and scheduling systems after training
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury or VIP services or airport/airline hospitality

- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury or VIP service delivery or airport hospitality experience
- Passionate approach to customer service
- Strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems proactively and creatively
- Ability to collaborate with others in abnormal situations
- High level of cultural awareness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in hectic and stressful environments while maintaining calmness

Job Duties
- Greet clients curbside upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
- Greet arriving clients at the gate and assist with luggage collection and ground transportation
- Assist with check-in and ticketing
- Assist with baggage collection or drop-off
- Assist clients with connecting flights as needed
- Provide knowledge of airport layout to help clients navigate to amenities
- Assist with arranging for pre-boarding flight
- Communicate with the Guest Experience Center
- Develop professional rapport with regulating agencies and airlines
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Adhere to escorting protocol within the airport
- Utilize Airport Butler systems to manage service details
- Perform other duties as assigned
