Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years experience in luxury or VIP services or airport/airline hospitality
  • current US work authorization
  • valid driver’s license
  • ownership of smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ OS and willingness to download required apps
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
  • ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • high proficiency with computer and smartphone applications
  • ability to read and interpret manuals
  • demonstrated use of Airport Butler technologies after training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of experience delivering luxury or VIP services to high-end customers or airport/airline hospitality service experience
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • proficiency with computer and smartphone applications
  • ability to read and interpret operational and procedural manuals
  • compliance with company uniform and grooming standards
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs
  • demonstrate ability to use Airport Butler reservation, scheduling, and communication technologies after training

Job Duties

  • Greet clients curbside upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
  • accompany clients through the airport and support their needs until boarded
  • greet arriving clients at the gate and assist with luggage collection
  • ensure clients connect with appropriate ground transportation
  • assist with check-in and ticketing
  • assist with baggage collection or drop-off
  • help clients with connecting flights as needed
  • provide knowledgeable guidance of airport layouts and amenities
  • arrange for pre-boarding flights
  • communicate with the Guest Experience Center (GEC)
  • develop and maintain professional relationships with regulating agencies and airlines
  • maintain client confidentiality
  • adhere strictly to escorting protocols
  • utilize Airport Butler systems for service management and client communication
  • perform other duties as assigned
