Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must possess current authorization to work in the US
- valid driver’s license
- must own smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ and willing to download apps required by ATS/Airport Butler
- excellent written and communication skills
- must wear company uniform and conform to grooming standards
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand and walk for long periods
- able to lift up to 70 lbs
- ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- high proficiency in computer and smartphone skills
- ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals
- able to efficiently use Airport Butler’s reservation and communication systems after training
- two years experience in luxury or VIP services or airport/airline hospitality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent written and communication skills
- current authorization to work in the US

- proficiency in computer and smartphone applications
- ability to read and interpret operating and procedural manuals
- ability to efficiently use Airport Butler’s automated reservation system, scheduling application, and communication technology after training
- minimum two years experience in luxury or VIP customer service or airport/airline hospitality
- passionate about customer service with a positive attitude
- strong work ethic and organizational skills
- ability to solve problems proactively and creatively
- ability to collaborate with colleagues during abnormal situations
- high level of cultural awareness
- excellent internal and external customer service skills
- ability to deliver calm, positive, efficient, and comforting service in stressful environments
- adaptability and resilience
- multilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Greet clients curbside upon arrival to the airport
- assist with the check-in process
- stay with the client assisting in their needs until they are safely onboard and on their way to the next destination
- greet arriving clients at the gate
- assist with luggage collection
- ensure clients connect with their appropriate ground transportation
- assist with check-in and ticketing
- assist with baggage collection or drop-off
- assist clients with connecting flights as needed
- guide clients through the airport and direct them to amenities such as restaurants, lounges, shops, restrooms, airline counters, and gate information
- assist with arranging for pre-boarding flight
- communicate with the Guest Experience Center
- develop and maintain professional rapport with regulating agencies and airlines
- exhibit utmost confidentiality with clients and client information
- maintain strict adherence to escorting protocol
- utilize Airport Butler systems to manage service details and communicate with clients
- perform other duties as assigned
