Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Own a smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ operating system and willingness to download required apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- High computer and smartphone proficiency
- Two years experience in luxury VIP or airport/airline hospitality services
- Ability to read and interpret operational manuals
- Ability to efficiently use Airport Butler systems after training

- High proficiency with computer and smartphone technology
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents

- Ability to stand and walk for extended times and lift up to 70 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to efficiently use Airport Butler’s reservation, scheduling, and communication systems after training
Job Duties
- Greet clients curbside upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
- Stay with clients to address their needs until safely onboard or reaching ground transportation
- Greet arriving clients at the gate and assist with luggage collection
- Help clients navigate connecting flights and airport amenities
- Assist with baggage drop-off and collection
- Communicate effectively with the Guest Experience Center (GEC)
- Develop professional relationships with aviation agencies and airlines
- Maintain strict escorting protocols and client confidentiality
- Use Airport Butler’s systems for reservations and client communication
- Perform additional duties as assigned
