Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dispatch or coordination role preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work scheduled shifts Sunday through Thursday
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Dispatch lavatory and potable water drivers to service aircraft in terminal and hangar areas
- Build and maintain aircraft issue logs
- Report aircraft issues to customer for maintenance assistance
- Report aircraft and fleet issues to duty manager
- Monitor flight feeds to ensure driver coverage including for late arriving aircrafts
- Designate break and lunch times to drivers
- Build and maintain aircraft service logs
