Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, random drug screens and criminal background check including TSA and Custom requirements
- ability to lift, carry, push and pull over 50 pounds
- able to work safely from heights
- ability to stand, walk and move for 8+ hour shifts
- capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions with protective clothing
- ability to follow and abide by all safety and security requirements
- able to perform work using required PPE including protective goggles, hearing protection, safety footwear
- works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times
- regular attendance in conformance with established standards is essential
- flexibility to work overnight, weekends and holidays
- full compliance with Sky Cafe rules and regulations upon employment

Job Duties
- Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flights
- interact with other customer service team members as well as flight attendants and other airport operations members to identify and resolve problems on daily basis
- comply with standard operating procedures regarding guiding the units at the aircrafts and away from the aircrafts
- adhere to all CLE airport rule and regulations
