Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check including TSA and Customs regulations
- physical capability to carry, lift, push, and pull over 50 pounds
- ability to work safely from heights
- ability to withstand outdoor weather conditions including rain, snow, and heat
- must be able to stand, walk, and move for more than 8 hours per shift
- strong adherence to safety and security procedures
- willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- regular attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- gather all necessary equipment for assigned flights
- verify flight documentation to ensure correct items are loaded
- interact with customer service team members, flight attendants, and airport operations to identify and resolve problems
- comply with standard operating procedures for driving and positioning units at planes
- secure the work platform and load and unload carts on and off planes
