Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driving license
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements

- One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry preferred
Job Duties
- Supervisors team of agents in cargo duties
- Responsible for routing, loading, and unloading inbound and outbound air freight shipments to and from the proper destinations
- Interact with customers to receive and provide cargo shipments, collect fees and process payments and other transactions related to those shipments in a courteous, accurate and timely manner
- Prepares and examines the bill of lading and weight items to determine shipping charges and prepare freight bills
- Contact vendors and/or claims adjustment department to resolve problems with shipments
- Notifies customers of any delays in departure or arrival of shipments
- Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws
