Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry

Job Duties

  • Oversee, organize, and maintain station records, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely resolution of training discrepancies
  • Design, implement, and manage training programs for new and current employees, including monitoring trainee attendance and performance and maintaining all training materials and documentation
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess organizational and departmental training needs, evaluate employee performance, and identify opportunities for training and development
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, recommend improvements, and manage the training budget in accordance with company guidelines
  • Supervise cabin service agents and support daily aircraft cleaning operations, including transporting equipment, cleaning cabins and lavatories, disposing of waste, restocking supplies, and performing aircraft security inspections
  • Maintain the cabin services supply room, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper use of equipment and materials
  • Uphold company safety and operational standards by completing all tasks safely, reporting hazards or incidents promptly, and adhering to the ERMC Fair and Just Culture Policy
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the role
