Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One plus year of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions such as hot and cold weather and small spaces
  • Eligible to receive security clearances after passing criminal background check
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Availability to work extended hours and shifts
  • Physical capability to work in cramped or high places
  • Ability to carry heavy items up and down stairs

  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs

Job Duties

  • Assigns activities of cabin service agents and ensures completion of tasks
  • Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
  • Helps prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure including cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
  • Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to specifications ensuring all areas are free of dirt, debris, marks, and fingerprints
  • Assist ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete
  • Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights
  • Marshall aircraft during arrivals and departures
  • Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights
  • Reads and interprets aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags
  • Performs other related duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities
