Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum of 6 months computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to operate electronic devices such as computers, fax machines, printers, and time clocks
- proven supervisory experience managing a team or business unit
- experience in operational planning and resource allocation
- must be at least 18 years of age
- proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing
- ability to process and respond to information quickly and accurately
- must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- previous ramp or airline experience preferred
- must successfully complete all required training and maintain certifications
- must pass FBI fingerprint background check
- ability to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- must be physically fit to perform job duties
- must be available to work variable shifts including weekends, holidays and extended hours on short notice

Job Duties
- Establish shift assignments for full-time and part-time employees
- ensure crews are properly briefed prior to each flight
- monitor and supervise daily activities of the cabin appearance team
- ensure employees follow company policies and safety protocols
- conduct disciplinary procedures as needed
- ensure services align with carrier schedules and performance standards
- report discrepancies related to ground support equipment
- perform cosmetic arrangements of cabin features
- clean and prepare aircraft interiors including seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories
- conduct thorough cabin, cockpit, galley, and lavatory cleaning and servicing
- ensure all surfaces are free from dirt and marks
- replenish onboard supplies and amenities
- monitor and manage aircraft stock levels
- accept and verify deliveries to the commissary locker
- record and document incoming shipments
- maintain inventory and organization in the commissary locker
- prepare sleep experience kits and other necessary kits
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned
