Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate computers fax machines printers and time clocks
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Experience in operational planning and resource management
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to process and respond to information quickly and accurately
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English language speaking reading and writing
  • Ability to use basic office technology
  • Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
  • Must complete all required training and maintain certifications
  • Must pass FBI fingerprint background check
  • Ability to stand lift bend push and pull for extended periods
  • Capable of repetitively lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and noise
  • Must be physically fit to perform job duties including standing and handling equipment
  • Must have shift flexibility including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in managing a team or business unit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate computers and basic office technology
  • Experience in operational planning and resource allocation
  • Strong communication skills in English speaking reading and writing
  • Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain required training and certifications

Job Duties

  • Establish shift assignments for employees ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operations
  • Ensure crews are properly briefed prior to each flight including assignment of positions and understanding of procedures
  • Monitor and supervise daily activities of cabin appearance team providing guidance training and support
  • Ensure employees follow company policies and safety protocols taking corrective actions as necessary
  • Ensure services align with carrier schedules and requirements working proactively to meet performance standards
  • Report discrepancies related to ground support equipment to ensure prompt resolution
  • Perform cosmetic arrangements and clean aircraft interiors including seats floors galleys and lavatories
  • Replenish onboard supplies ensuring accurate placement and correct quantity
  • Accept verify and record incoming deliveries to commissary locker
  • Maintain inventory levels and keep commissary locker organized and safe
  • Prepare sleep experience kits as required
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
