Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum of 6 months of computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel
- proven supervisory experience in managing teams
- ability to operate electronic devices including computers, fax machines, printers, and time clocks
- must have a valid Driver's License
- proficiency in English language skills
- must pass FBI fingerprint background check
- ability to lift up to 70 pounds repetitively in confined spaces
- willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to stand, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
- must be able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- must successfully complete all required training
- employment contingent on clear driving record, 10-year background check, and drug screen
- previous ramp or airline experience preferred

- supervisory experience in managing a business unit or team
- ability to use computers including Microsoft Word and Excel

- must successfully complete required training and maintain certifications
- knowledge of operational planning and resource management
Job Duties
- Establish shift assignments for full-time and part-time employees
- ensure crews are properly briefed before flights
- monitor and supervise daily activities of the cabin appearance team
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols
- conduct disciplinary procedures fairly and timely
- align services with carrier schedules and requirements
- report discrepancies related to ground support equipment
- perform cosmetic arrangements of cabin features
- clean and prepare aircraft interiors including seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories
- conduct thorough cleaning of cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
- ensure all surfaces are free from dirt and marks
- replenish onboard supplies in cabin and baggage compartments
- monitor and manage aircraft stock levels
- accept and verify incoming deliveries to commissary locker
- record and document shipments in inventory management system
- stock items in commissary locker
- maintain inventory levels of supplies
- prepare sleep experience kits and other kits as required
- ensure compliance with federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and airline regulations
- follow company policies and procedures
- perform other assigned duties
