Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience with computers including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to navigate and operate electronic devices such as computers fax machines printers and time clocks
- Proven supervisory experience managing a business unit or team
- Experience in operational planning resource management and optimizing team performance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to process and respond to information quickly and accurately
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in speaking reading and writing English
- Ability to use computers and basic office technology
- Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
- Successful completion and maintenance of all required training and certifications
- Must pass FBI fingerprint background check
- Ability to stand lift bend push and pull for extended periods
- Capable of repetitively lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and noise exposure
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties
- Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends holidays and other required shifts
- Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations

- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends holidays and extended hours
Job Duties
- Establish shift assignments for full-time and part-time employees ensuring adequate coverage
- Brief crews prior to flights including assignment of positions and flight procedures
- Monitor and supervise daily activities of the cabin appearance team providing guidance and support
- Ensure employees follow company policies and safety protocols taking corrective actions as needed
- Ensure services align with carrier schedules and performance standards
- Report discrepancies related to ground support equipment promptly
- Perform cosmetic arrangements of seat belts headrests and cabin features
- Clean and prepare aircraft interiors including seats seat pockets floors galleys and lavatories
- Conduct thorough cleaning and servicing of cabin cockpit galleys and lavatories
- Ensure all surfaces are free from dirt debris marks and fingerprints
- Replenish onboard supplies and amenities accurately
- Monitor and manage aircraft stock levels before departure
- Accept and verify incoming deliveries to the commissary locker including packages from couriers
- Record and document incoming shipments in inventory management system
- Stock items in commissary locker maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Maintain inventory levels ensuring supplies are available for aircraft stocking
- Prepare sleep experience kits and other necessary kits
- Ensure compliance with federal state municipal airport authority and airline regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
