Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate various electronic devices
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Experience in operational planning and resource allocation
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to process information quickly and accurately
  • Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
  • Must pass FBI fingerprint background check
  • Must complete all required training and maintain certifications
  • Must pass drug screening
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 70 pounds
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Availability for variable shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Establish shift assignments for full-time and part-time employees
  • Ensure crews are properly briefed before each flight
  • Monitor and supervise daily activities of the cabin appearance team
  • Ensure employees follow company policies and safety protocols
  • Conduct aircraft interior cleaning and cabin preparation
  • Replenish onboard supplies and manage stock levels
  • Accept and verify deliveries to the commissary locker
