Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience with computers including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to navigate and operate various electronic devices such as computers fax machines printers and time clocks
  • Proven experience in supervising and managing a business unit or team
  • Experience in operational planning resource allocation and optimizing team performance
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to process and respond to information quickly and accurately
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Proficiency in speaking reading and writing in English
  • Ability to use computers and other basic office technology
  • Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
  • Must successfully complete all required training and maintain necessary certifications throughout employment
  • Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check
  • Must be able to stand lift bend push and pull for extended periods
  • Capable of repetitively lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and exposure to loud noises
  • Must be physically fit to perform job duties including standing for long periods and handling equipment
  • Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends holidays and other shifts as required
  • Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Experience with operational planning and resource management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate electronic devices such as fax machines printers and time clocks
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Knowledge of airline or ramp operations preferred
  • Ability to maintain safety and regulatory compliance
  • Completed required training and certifications

Job Duties

  • Establish shift assignments for both full-time and part-time employees ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operations
  • Ensure that crews are properly briefed prior to each flight including assignment of positions and understanding of flight operations
  • Monitor and supervise the daily activities of the cabin appearance team providing guidance training and support as needed
  • Ensure employees follow company policies and safety protocols taking corrective actions when necessary
  • Conduct disciplinary procedures fairly consistently and timely
  • Align services with carrier schedules and requirements working proactively to meet or exceed standards
  • Report discrepancies related to ground support equipment promptly
  • Perform cosmetic arrangements of seat belts headrests and other cabin features
  • Clean and prepare aircraft interiors including seats seat pockets floors galleys and lavatories to high cleanliness standards
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and servicing of cabin cockpit galleys and lavatories
  • Ensure all surfaces are free from dirt debris marks fingerprints and imperfections
  • Replenish onboard supplies and amenities ensuring accurate placement and correct quantity
  • Monitor and manage aircraft stock levels ensuring all necessary items are properly stocked
  • Accept and verify incoming deliveries to commissary locker including packages from couriers
  • Record and document all incoming shipments in inventory system
  • Stock items within the commissary locker maintaining a clean organized and safe environment
  • Maintain inventory levels ensuring all supplies are readily available
  • Prepare sleep experience kits and other necessary kits
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state municipal airport authority and airline regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
