Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess computer experience of 6 months or more
- Ability to use computers, fax machines, printers, and timeclock devices
- Proven supervisory experience
- Experience with operational planning and resource allocation
- Knowledge of GSE maintenance issues
- Understanding of aviation commercial issues
- Capable of processing information in a timely manner
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
- Must successfully complete and maintain training requirements and certifications
- Must clear FBI fingerprint background check
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties including standing, lifting up to 70 pounds repeatedly, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions and exposure to loud noises
- Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations

- Working knowledge of ground support equipment maintenance
- Understanding of commercial aviation issues
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Previous ramp or airline experience
- Ability to complete and maintain required training and certifications
- Able to clear FBI fingerprint background check
Job Duties
- Lead and support Cabin Appearance Agents to perform cleaning duties effectively
- Ensure Cabin Appearance Agents wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Provide input on operational improvements and efficiencies
- Report flight cleaning quality and operational performance feedback to leadership
- Address security-related issues and participate in meetings
- Perform cosmetic arrangement of cabin furnishings like seat belts and headrests
- Assist with cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors including cabins, galleys, lavatories, and cockpits
- Oversee loading and unloading of passenger baggage, freight, and cargo
- Drive and operate ground support equipment
- Conduct foreign object debris (FOD) walks in ramp areas between flights
- Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures
- Ensure ground equipment availability in ramp and bag rooms
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance instructions, hazardous materials labels, and baggage routing tags
- Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
