Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- must be able to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow safety regulations and protocols
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- willingness to obtain necessary security clearances
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
- eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
- possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work in cramped or high places
- must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
- helps prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
- checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning standards
- performs visual inspection of aircraft to ensure no items are left aboard and returns items left by passengers or crew to the appropriate authority
- performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities
- arrives to work on time and at assigned post to ensure prompt servicing of the aircraft and on-time departures
