Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
- Lift luggage and cargo throughout the shift to ensure efficient movement
- Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags and equipment
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols
- Accommodate varying work shifts including irregular hours, weekends and holidays
- Collaborate closely with team members to support overall flight operations
- Participate in paid training and development programs for career advancement
