Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Some license restrictions may prohibit candidacy for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
  • Ability to utilize computer systems and reservation software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Physical ability to carry and lift baggage up to 75 pounds
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers with a smile and provide seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift, load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely and efficiently
  • Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by handling baggage and cargo operations
  • Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport baggage
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
  • Adapt to varied shift schedules including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
