Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
  • Must enjoy working under deadlines, working a physical job outdoors, and have an interest in the airline industry
  • Able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Friendly and polite communication skills
  • Interest in the airline industry

Job Duties

  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on taxiways to ensure safety and timeliness
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials
  • Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures
  • Clean the interior of aircraft and service aircraft lavatories
  • Greet passengers and facilitate check-in and ticketing processes
  • Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Inform passengers about their trips and handle passenger inquiries and issues
  • Work in baggage service office to track baggage and assist passengers
