Job Requirements

  • must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license
  • some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma, ged, or international equivalent
  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • authorized to work in u.s. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • lift, load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely
  • operate company vehicles to transport luggage on the tarmac
  • work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • maintain efficient and courteous communication with customers
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
