Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
  • Must enjoy working under deadlines, working a physical job outdoors, and have an interest in the airline industry
  • Able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely in English
  • Experience working in a customer service environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of airline operations or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding situations
  • Valid state driver’s license without restrictions that prohibit job duties
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safety and timeliness
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts to assist with aircraft handling and baggage delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures
  • Clean aircraft interiors and service aircraft lavatories
  • Provide a positive first impression to passengers by greeting and assisting them with check-in and ticketing using reservation software
  • Communicate flight-related information, resolve passenger issues, and manage baggage service office tasks as needed
