Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
  • Must enjoy working under deadlines and physical outdoor work
  • Must be able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Clear, polite, and friendly interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely gate arrivals and departures
  • Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Drive ground support equipment including tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time flight departures
  • Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories as needed
  • Greet passengers to provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees
  • Inform passengers about trip details and baggage status
  • Resolve passenger issues in accordance with company policies
  • Track baggage and address passenger inquiries in the Baggage Service Office
