Job Requirements

  • must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • ability to use reservation and ticketing software
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • physical ability to lift and handle luggage weighing up to 75 pounds
  • valid state driver’s license with no prohibiting restrictions
  • customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet passengers and provide seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • lift, load, unload, and sort baggage, freight, and mail safely
  • operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
  • work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • maintain efficient customer service through courteous and friendly interactions
  • adapt to varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
