Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Willingness and ability to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and friendly
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Interest in the airline industry and willingness to work physically outdoors
- Experience with customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely gate entry and departure
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials, including items up to 75 lbs
- Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist in aircraft pushback and baggage handling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Clean and service aircraft interiors and lavatories as needed
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and handle fees
- Inform passengers about trip details and provide assistance
- Resolve passenger issues in a timely and friendly manner according to company policies
- Track baggage location and handle inquiries in the Baggage Service Office if required
