Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

- Ability to learn and operate reservation and ticketing software
- Good physical stamina to lift and carry heavy baggage up to 75 pounds

- Flexible availability for varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Lift, load, unload, and sort baggage, freight, and mail ensuring safety and timely departures
- Operate company vehicles on the tarmac for baggage transport
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions maintaining efficiency and customer service
- Maintain courteous, efficient, and friendly interaction with customers
- Adapt to varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
