Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Must enjoy working under deadlines and a physical job outdoors
- Able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely arrival and departure
- Load, unload, and sort passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials up to 75 pounds
- Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts to assist with aircraft pushback and baggage transport
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain safe and on-time departures
- Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories as needed
- Provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience by greeting passengers and issuing boarding passes
- Use reservation and ticketing software to manage rebooking, fee collection, and passenger information
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding trip details and resolve issues related to flight interruptions
- Work in the Baggage Service Office handling baggage tracking and passenger inquiries
