Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
  • Must enjoy working under deadlines and a physical job outdoors
  • Able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license
  • Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and in a friendly manner
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely arrival and departure
  • Load, unload, and sort passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials up to 75 pounds
  • Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts to assist with aircraft pushback and baggage transport
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain safe and on-time departures
  • Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories as needed
  • Provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience by greeting passengers and issuing boarding passes
  • Use reservation and ticketing software to manage rebooking, fee collection, and passenger information
  • Communicate effectively with passengers regarding trip details and resolve issues related to flight interruptions
  • Work in the Baggage Service Office handling baggage tracking and passenger inquiries
