Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Some license restrictions may prohibit candidacy
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to use computer systems and learn new software applications quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift, load, unload, and sort passenger baggage, freight, and mail safely
  • Operate company vehicles to transport luggage on airport tarmac
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
  • Manage varies shifts including irregular, extended hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly customer service throughout passenger interactions
