Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Must enjoy working under deadlines and physical outdoor work
- Able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Guide and direct aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely gate arrivals and departures
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer baggage, cargo, and company materials
- Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories as needed
- Provide passenger check-in and ticketing services, including rebooking itineraries and issuing boarding passes
- Communicate with passengers regarding trip information and resolve issues following company policies
