Job Requirements

  • must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • greet passengers and provide seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • lift and load passengers’ bags onto the belt and handle freight, mail, and baggage safely
  • ensure on-time departures and arrivals through efficient baggage handling
  • operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags
  • work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • work irregular and extended shifts including weekends and holidays
