Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Job Qualifications

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Valid state driver's license with no suspensions or restrictions affecting job eligibility
- Age 18 or older
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Lift customers' bags onto conveyor belts and sort freight, mail, and baggage
- Load and unload baggage safely while ensuring on-time departures and arrivals
- Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
- Work outside in various weather conditions while performing duties
- Adapt to varying shift schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
