Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Valid state driver's license with no suspensions or restrictions affecting job eligibility
  • Age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift customers' bags onto conveyor belts and sort freight, mail, and baggage
  • Load and unload baggage safely while ensuring on-time departures and arrivals
  • Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
  • Work outside in various weather conditions while performing duties
  • Adapt to varying shift schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
