Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

  • Ability to use computer systems and ticketing software
  • Customer service skills with a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Basic physical fitness to lift and move baggage and freight up to 75 pounds
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift, load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage up to 75 pounds
  • Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by handling bags efficiently and safely
  • Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions while performing duties
  • Adapt to varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
