Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Must enjoy working under deadlines and have an interest in the airline industry
- Able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safety and timeliness
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 pounds
- Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts to support aircraft operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time flight departures
- Clean and service aircraft interiors and lavatories as needed
- Greet passengers and provide seamless check-in and ticketing experiences
- Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and process fees
- Inform passengers about their travel details and handle inquiries
- Resolve passenger issues in accordance with company policies in a timely and friendly manner
- Track baggage and assist passengers in the baggage service office as required
