- must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license

Job Duties
- load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while ensuring on-time departures and arrivals
- lift and carry luggage weighing up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
- operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destination
- work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain safety standards
- adhere to varying shift schedules including irregular, extended hours, weekends and holidays
- participate in paid on-the-job training and development programs to advance career skills
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient ground handling services
