Job Requirements

  • must be able to carry bend lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma ged or international equivalent
  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • authorized to work in u.s. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • lift and handle customers' bags onto the belt
  • offer courteous, efficient, and friendly customer service
  • work varied shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
  • participate in paid on-the-job training and development programs
  • maintain operational safety and compliance
