- must be able to carry bend lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- 18 years or older
- high school diploma ged or international equivalent
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Duties
- greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- lift and handle customers' bags onto the belt
- offer courteous, efficient, and friendly customer service
- work varied shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
- participate in paid on-the-job training and development programs
- maintain operational safety and compliance
