Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license
- ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- customer focused, detail oriented, and interested in the airline industry
- able to communicate clearly, politely, and in a friendly manner
- comfortable working with computers and learning new computer programs
- able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist passengers with claims for lost or damaged luggage
- provide announcements explaining baggage procedures and assist disabled passengers
- remove unclaimed bags from carousel
- stack unclaimed items onto baggage carts and into storage racks or shelves
- track and reconcile all claims filed by customers
- push or pull baggage cart using two hands with forces between 51.4 lbs and 70 lbs
- occasionally twist and turn upper and lower back when retrieving or placing luggage
