Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Must be customer focused, detail oriented, and interested about the airline industry
- Able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
- Must be comfortable working with computers and ability to learn new computer programs
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist passengers with claims for lost or damaged luggage
- Provide announcements to passengers explaining baggage procedures and offer assistance to disabled passengers
- Remove unclaimed bags from carousel
- Stack unclaimed items onto baggage carts and into storage racks or shelves in secured areas
- Track and reconcile all claims filed by customers
- Push and pull baggage carts using required physical force
- Perform tasks within specific time constraints dictated by aircraft schedules
- Occasionally twist and turn upper and lower back when handling luggage and equipment
