Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum military flight time requirement by grade
  • possess USAF Pilot rating and valid aviation service aeronautical order
  • submit ATAFR-209 form, Flying History Report or equivalent official documentation
  • be eligible for military membership in the Air Force Reserve
  • comply with age, height, weight, and physical fitness standards
  • provide accurate and complete volunteer or prior experience records
  • maintain readiness for immediate call to active duty
  • hold no disqualifying disciplinary records

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a valid USAF Pilot rating
  • hold a valid aviation service aeronautical order
  • meet minimum military flight hours for the applicable grade and role
  • have progressively responsible experience in military aviation for flight instructor positions
  • demonstrate thorough knowledge of mission design series operations
  • submit official flight history documentation
  • maintain military membership in the Air Force Reserve
  • meet physical fitness and uniform military standards
