Job Requirements
- Possess a USAF Pilot rating
- Hold a valid aviation service aeronautical order
- Minimum total military flight time as per grade (750-1500 hours)
- Submit official flight records including ATAFR-209 Form or Flying History Report
- Meet military membership requirements in the Air Force Reserve
- Meet physical fitness, age, height, and weight standards
- Confirm military status with documentation such as DD214 or Statement of Service
Job Qualifications
- Possess a USAF Pilot rating
- Hold a valid aviation service aeronautical order
- Have minimum required total military flight time depending on grade (750-1500 hours)
- Demonstrate progressively responsible experience for flight instructor roles
- Possess knowledge of military operational procedures
- Ability to maintain military membership in the Air Force Reserve
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Conduct flight operations according to mission requirements
- Maintain and operate military aircraft safely
- Provide flight instruction and training to other pilots
- Ensure compliance with military aviation standards and protocols
- Participate in readiness and mobilization activities
- Coordinate with military and civilian personnel on operational planning
- Maintain physical fitness and military readiness
