  • Valid USAF Pilot rating
  • current aviation service aeronautical order
  • minimum 750 to 1500 military flight hours depending on grade
  • ability to submit official flight documentation
  • meet physical fitness standards
  • maintain Air Force Reserve military membership
  • adherence to uniform and military regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Possess USAF Pilot rating
  • hold valid aviation service aeronautical order
  • have required military flight hours based on position grade
  • demonstrate progressively responsible flight experience for instructor roles
  • ability to obtain and maintain military membership in Air Force Reserve
  • comply with military physical and age requirements
  • proficient in flight operations and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Operate aircraft in accordance with mission requirements and safety regulations
  • conduct flight instruction and evaluation for reserve pilots
  • maintain currency and proficiency in assigned aircraft
  • prepare and submit flight reports and documentation
  • participate in training exercises and readiness assessments
  • comply with military uniform and physical fitness standards
  • support mobilization and deployment activities as required
