Job Requirements
- Valid USAF pilot rating
- Minimum required military flight hours as per GS level
- Possession of valid aviation service aeronautical order
- Ability to obtain and maintain Air Force Reserve military membership
- Meet age, height, weight, and physical fitness standards
- Submit official flight documentation (ATAFR-209 Form or equivalent)
- Willingness to fulfill military training and active duty requirements
Job Qualifications
- Possess a USAF pilot rating
- Hold a valid aviation service aeronautical order
- Meet required minimum military flight hours based on GS level
- Have experience in flying component of U.S. military
- Demonstrate progressively responsible pilot roles for instructor positions
- Ability to maintain military membership and adhere to uniform standards
- Proficient in mission design series aircraft operations
Job Duties
- Serve as airplane or helicopter pilot for military missions
- Instruct and train junior pilots and aircrew
- Maintain compliance with aviation service orders and safety regulations
- Conduct flight operations and mission planning
- Perform evaluations and readiness assessments
- Participate in military training and active duty tours
- Maintain physical fitness and military specialty qualifications
