Job Requirements
- hold USAF pilot rating
- valid aviation service aeronautical order
- minimum required military flight hours based on position grade
- submit ATAFR-209 form or equivalent flight history report
- active membership or eligibility for Air Force Reserve
- meet age, height, weight, and physical fitness standards
- readiness to perform both civilian and military duties
Job Qualifications
- possess a USAF pilot rating
- hold a valid aviation service aeronautical order
- have a minimum of 750 to 1,500 total military flight time depending on grade
- demonstrate experience in flying components of the U.S. military establishment
- progressively responsible experience for instructor positions
- submit valid official flight documentation
- ability to meet military physical and fitness standards
- maintain military membership in the Air Force Reserve
Job Duties
- conduct flight operations in assigned military aircraft
- maintain readiness for deployment in support of national emergencies
- comply with military regulations and Air Force Reserve standards
- participate in regular training and evaluation programs
- provide flight instruction and mentorship to junior pilots
- contribute to squadron operational planning and mission execution
- maintain accurate and complete flight records
