Job Requirements

  • eligibility for access to sensitive compartmented information and special sensitive intelligence information
  • signed non-disclosure agreement
  • successful completion of initial and periodic drug testing
  • position designated special-sensitive
  • possession of faa airline transport pilot certificate and multi-engine land rating
  • certified flight instructor and instrument airplane ratings or military equivalent
  • current faa first class medical certificate
  • willingness to work outside normal duty hours and respond to recall
  • ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
  • possession and maintenance of valid state driver's license
  • minimum of 4,000 total flight hours with 1,000 multi-engine hours
  • thorough knowledge of relevant FAR regulations

Job Qualifications

  • faa airline transport pilot certificate with multi-engine land rating
  • certified flight instructor airplane multiengine and instrument airplane rating or prior u.s. military instructor pilot
  • current faa first class medical certificate
  • minimum of 4,000 total flight hours including 1,000 hours of multi-engine time
  • thorough knowledge of FAR Part 61, 91, 121, 125, and 135
  • ability to operate in secure field support or office settings
  • experience in flight instruction and operational missions
  • valid state driver's license

Job Duties

  • serve as crewmember and pilot-in-command on operational missions in multi-engine turbine aircraft domestically and overseas
  • serve as flight and ground instructor in various fixed-wing aircraft
  • perform duty as unit safety representative and intelligence operations security representative on a rotational basis or as assigned
  • serve as unit's government flight representative and government ground representative to ensure contractor compliance with regulations
  • perform other operations support office functions with little or no supervision
  • be prepared for short notice travel to overseas locations
  • comply with after duty hours recall and operational training requirements
