Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license
  • Successful completion of new hire and random drug screenings
  • Pass FAA/TSA security clearance background check
  • Completion of all airline and airport training
  • Proficient with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to type and handle objects
  • Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 99 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Full vision and auditory abilities including tolerance for noise with mandatory hearing protection
  • Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and move within the work area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license
  • Successfully pass new hire and random drug screenings
  • Pass FAA/TSA security clearance and background check
  • Successfully pass all airline and airport required training
  • Basic PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must possess good English language skills including speaking and writing
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays when required

Job Duties

  • Prepare, assemble, and package into airline galley carts as per cart diagrams
  • Prepare an accurate inventory for all arriving and departing aircraft using documentation procedures
  • Assist with weekly inventory and report critical stock items to the airline
  • Accept and escort delivery drivers, scan and email invoices, unpack pallets and rotate stock according to expiration dates
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized commissary area
  • Communicate professionally over two-way radios and telephone
  • Adhere to all Airline, TSA, FAA regulations and Authority policies
  • Work independently and collaboratively as a proactive team member
  • Perform additional duties as assigned including possible aircraft cleaning
