Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to tolerate noise levels up to 150 decibels with hearing protection
  • Must pass drug screening and background check
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions including extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Successfully pass all airline and airport initial and recurrent training
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations and severe weather conditions
  • Successfully pass new hire and random drug screenings
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Job Duties

  • Tow and marshal aircraft to and from gates
  • Perform lavatory servicing and potable water servicing
  • Conduct aircraft de-icing and interior cleaning
  • Load, offload, and transport luggage with care for special baggage
  • Operate and maintain motorized equipment including baggage tractors and push-back tugs
  • Ensure ramp area is free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and maintain cleanliness
  • Communicate professionally via two-way radio and assist customers with luggage and wheelchair requests
