Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to tolerate noise levels up to 150 decibels with hearing protection
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions including extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Successfully pass all airline and airport initial and recurrent training
- Ability to respond to emergency situations and severe weather conditions
- Successfully pass new hire and random drug screenings
- Must pass a criminal background check
Job Duties
- Tow and marshal aircraft to and from gates
- Perform lavatory servicing and potable water servicing
- Conduct aircraft de-icing and interior cleaning
- Load, offload, and transport luggage with care for special baggage
- Operate and maintain motorized equipment including baggage tractors and push-back tugs
- Ensure ramp area is free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and maintain cleanliness
- Communicate professionally via two-way radio and assist customers with luggage and wheelchair requests
