Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must have valid driver's license
- Relative airline or aviation experience
- Willing to work outside in all weather and elevated noise levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to read and write English
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Must be available to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in ramp services operations for both contracted commercial flights and charter aircraft
- Directs and trains assigned agents including new employee and ongoing in-service training
- Implements departmental policy for operations and advises Station Manager on policy issues
- Coordinates services activities with air carrier personnel, station managers, and TSA representatives
- Participates in operation and training of various equipment ensuring maintenance
- Ensures compliance with FAA and TSA regulations, airline rules, and procedures
- Maintains emergency checklists and supplies
- Prepares and submits verbal and written reports related to service activities and agents
- Updates Multi-User Flight Information Display System (MUFIDS) as required
- Coordinates communications between Airport, airline dispatch personnel, and flight captains
- Handles responsibilities involving billing, payment data correction, cash handling, and ordering supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
