Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Experience in airport, aviation, destination marketing, resort, or special events environment preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide project management and administrative support for ASD initiatives, including task tracking, goal monitoring, outcome reporting, and process improvement
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for departmental projects and events such as sales missions, familiarization tours, travel contests, client meetings, and air service activities in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and Harry Reid International Airport
  • Coordinate business travel, itineraries, and calendars for the ASD Team, including airline executive visits, lodging, and transportation
  • Manage contracts, budgets, invoices, payments, expense reports, and financial reporting, including tracking co-op marketing support and preparing regular reviews
  • Maintain departmental systems and databases, ensuring accurate client and project information, records retention, and promotional item inventory
  • Conduct research and compile reports for leadership and partners to support decision-making and highlight trends or performance insights
  • Provide front-line service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders, including correspondence, scheduling, mail processing, procurement, and other duties as assigned
